Today let’s see what are the backwardness of Jammu and Kashmir in a completely detailed manner. 

As you know that the application of article 370 and 35A placed restrictions and hindrance in the process of development of Jammu and Kashmir. 

GENDER EQUALITY IN JAMMU AND KASHMIR, 

Under the provisions of article 35A Kashmir man if a man marries other than Kashmir groom then he will continue to retain the rights to his parent's land and property, however. 

Under the same article if a Kashmiri woman marries an Indian who is not residing in Kashmir then she will lose all her rights to her and her forefathers land and property.

This constrained Kashmiri women from marrying anyone of their own choice. 

However, except Jammu and Kashmir whole other states are enjoying the rights but Kashmiri women are not fulfilling their human rights.  

This one of the worst and very bad situations here, what was the mistake the women did, they are tolerating their forefather's mistakes.

Not only these people are facing the mistakes of their forefathers, but there are also so many such clusters who are facing these hurdles.

DEVELOPMENT IN ALL SECTORS OF JAMMU AND KASHMIR, 

This article 370 acted as a major hindrance towards the development. parliament laws are not applicable here. but, Jammu Kashmir has its own constitution and government to implement its last. It has supreme rights to enjoy on its own. 

Because article 370 private investment in development was strictly prohibited this laid this lead to Kashmir under development. 

No large Industries developed in the state no one is permitted to do business in Jammu and Kashmir only the residents are permitted to do so. 

Employment opportunities especially for youth are restrained because there were no development activities in the establishment of large industries and factories.

Planned development projects and external investment provisions of article 370 and 35A ensured that under no circumstances could an Indian Or Foreign entity on property within the state restrained the complete development of Jammu and Kashmir. 

Here the tourism sector is also in poor development because of this article 370 possessing major tourism spots. 

Development of a place kindly takes place with the help of things which are mentioned above, if these things are concealed then the development doesn't take place. 

EDUCATION STATUS Of JAMMU AND KASHMIR, 

Here right to education is not applicable under article 370 the Jammu and Kashmir have their own education reforms. 

Hera also the prohibition of child care act, Julian act were not applicable this made Jammu and Kashmir a very poor vulnerable state in our country. 

And also here progressive Laws such as reservation for weaker sections in schools, colleges, and government of (LGBTQ) communities were no longer applicable before article 370.

Education is the root of the development of a state, there are no strict rules to implement the education to the development pillars they are (kids) in Jammu.

SOME MAJOR CHANGES IN KASHMIR, AFTER REVOCATION OF ARTICLE 370,

Out of 354 state laws in the erstwhile Jammu and Kashmir 164 laws have been replaced 138 has modified while 170 Central laws have been made applicable and also terrorism elimination, 

Here one of the reasons why we usually find terrorists is due to brainwashing to youths now, due to the revocation of this article, few youth are joining the military.

The domicile certificate issued,  and also job vacancies made available will all be provided after the revocation of article 370.

Due to the revocation of article 370 now the state will resume its prospers in all the sectors.

Let's all hope the development of Jammu and Kashmir has to happen in a very short span of time.
