Today let’s look at the development issues of Jammu and Kashmir, the new era of the government. 
Part-1

As you know that last year the Indian government on 5th August 2019 has amended the Indian constitution and removed certain special rights granted to the residents of Jammu and Kashmir which were temporally granted to the citizens of Jammu and Kashmir under article 370 and 35A of the constitution.

Here except Jammu and Kashmir remaining all other states will enjoy all the supreme superior rights because it has a history e of opting as special status to Jammu and Kashmir let’s look at it in the upcoming sessions

The abrogation of 370 articles and subsequent bifurcation of State Jammu and Kashmir into two union territories.

 The area Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh have ensured that the people living in Jammu and Kashmir would now have the same rights and privileges as the rest of India’s citizens. 

The history behind the special status,

October 26, 1947: The foundation for Article 370 stems from the Instrument of Accession (IOA) signed by the then ruler of Jammu and Kashmir, Raja Hari Singh. 

The document was part of the formal process by which all princely states in the country declared their consent to be included in the Union of India. In this case, however, J&K negotiated some conditions as part of its entry into India.

As per the IOA, the state gave the Union of India the power to legislate only three aspects: external affairs, communications, and defense.

I think as of now you have got the complete idea about why it is given and by what articles it is given the special status, 

you have all understood then let’s quickly go into some of the development activities the present government is taking. 

For the first time, the development roots have taken place in Jammu and Kashmir after the revocation of article 370 and 35A of the constitution which hindrances the development initiatives in Jammu and Kashmir now the hurdle has broken down. now it has the superior rights to enjoy. 

“MY TOWN MY PRIDE”

 Kashmir Government recently announced that “my town my pride program”, Jammu Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has announced that the government is coming up with a moment called ” My town my pride” from October 19 to provide governments to doorsteps in urban areas on the pattern of the back to village program. 

some of the features of the “MY TOWN MY PRIDE”

Let’s see some of the features of my town, my pride program. 

The program will also ensure that on the spot grievance redressal instant delivery of services to mass people and other ground speed Li execution of people-centric projects

Mitron my pride program anticipates the first time bone delivery of documents like domicile ST, SC, and OBC certificate revenue services. 

 This program will also ensure time-bound delivery of benefits of various welfare schemes like pensions, scholarships, PMA, health Golden cards, ladli Beti. 

These are also some other Government initiatives development in Jammu and Kashmir. 

In part 2 we will see the backwardness of Jammu Kashmir before the revocation of article 370.
